Nestled in the tea capital of Shreemangal, the Bungalow was designed for the manager of one of the country’s oldest tea estates. Situated atop
a hill, the site posed a unique challenge due to its varying elevation heights. To overcome this, the project commenced with the construction of retaining walls and pathways, laying the foundation for this endeavor. 

The architectural vision effortlessly blends clean contemporary design with traditional bungalow motifs, creating a fusion of past and present. The bungalow spans two separate floors, connected by a mezzanine level that houses the meeting room and essential support functions. The top floor, thoughtfully designed for ultimate comfort, serves as the living quarters. 

The ground floor welcomes visitors with inviting living and dining areas, seamlessly extending to an expansive deck that offers breathtaking views of the surrounding hills and lush tea gardens. This deck proves to be a tranquil oasis, featuring a private swimming pool and a dedicated bonfire area, perfect for cozy gatherings and moments of serenity.
